Shipping Practices and Information
Orders are shipped in order of receipt and processed as quickly and accurately as possible. Orders may take up to five business days from the date of receipt to fulfill as some colors may not be in stock and need to be made.
Once packages have left our location we are not responsible for delivery delays and/or shipping issues created by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly should you need to resolve any potential issues.
Please understand that our Shipping Department is busier during certain times of the year, but that we always ship as quickly as possible.
Credit will not be given for refused orders.
Shipping charges are calculated by the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or DHL Express Worldwide (for International shipments) on our website. When ordering, the customer chooses the courier that they wish to use. We recommend shipping larger/heavier packages within the U.S. via UPS.
For expedited shipments we use UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select. One may choose which form of expedited shipment they would like to use. The pricing for each will be displayed on the website at checkout.
Track Your Order
When your order has been prepared for shipping, you will receive an email receipt from your shipping carrier (USPS, UPS or DHL Express Worldwide - International shipments) and an email receipt from us. Shipping information and a tracking number will be on your receipt.
Shipments Outside of the United States
We are happy to ship packages internationally. International packages are shipped using USPS Priority International Mail or DHL Express Worldwide. Credit will not be given to the customer for any order that is not accepted. If Terry Ludwig Pastels has to re-ship an order due to refusal there will be an additional shipping charge. Please check into Duties and Fees that you are responsible to pay prior to ordering (see below).
Standard Countries we ship to are: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, France, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom, Thailand, China and Japan. Simply choose the country from the drop-down box when entering your shipping information.
Import Duties & Fees
Any charge for Duties, Brokerage and other Fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your postal carrier to see how Duties and Fees are collected. Contact the Customs Office in your country to determine what Duties and Fees your shipment of art supplies is subject to.
